Diagnosed with peyronies 2 years ago after having had cancer which led to a UT infection.  My condition has nobend but a band at the base that has alter size and made if hard to perform.  I have been taking vitamin e from the start and Calais helps with intercourse and there seems to have been some improvement, but it is not nearly the same.   This has been really tough for me and I am not sure what to do.  Is there anyway I can improve with this condition and, heaven forbid help it from getting worse?  I would appreciate any advice. What about  Neprinol , the PAV cocktail or traction?  Would any of these interventions help?  I am at a loss with this  condition.

I will propose you to start VED and Pentox.
Traction can be an alternative to VED or an addition.
I never tried Neprinol so I can't say something about.
I don't know your age so I can just say that if you are younger than 40 you may want to add CoQ10, if older Ubiquinol.
The above treatment may halt the progression of the disease and even reverse the symptoms.
Have additional developments like Priapus shots/PRP.
Myself will do PRP in April.

James thank you so much.   I truly appreciate your response, advice and support.   I have allot of guilt and sadness about getting this condition and along with all my other health issues it is a tough go.  Could you please explain a VED as a recommended treatment?   Is that a pump?  If so what is a prudent, safe choice?
I am not familiar with the drugTrental.  I did have some liver damage with my stem cell transplant so I am going to see it is all right that I take it- I so hope that it is.  I definitely want to try it.
What is Ubiquinol?  A supplement?  What about Priapus shots/PRP?

I am on CQ10 from a homepath and vitamin E . The plaque may never go away but is there truly any hope of this getting better?   I am also as summing it would be good of me to avoid anything rough with myself sexually so as to nor exacerbate the symptoms.  Can this get worse?  Thanks Again!!!

Hi again James.  I am 49 years old and have read the intro guidelines- I sure hope I can improve.  I wish I knew this stuff from day one.  Thanks,  Bodger

Ubiquinol is the refined CoQ10. Our body converts CoQ10 to Ubiquinol because it uses Ubiquinol. After the age of 40, the ability of our body to convert CoQ10 to Ubiquinol is decreasing. Ubiquinol is much more expensive than CoQ10.

VED is a cylinder with a pump. Use the one with manual pump, is safer, do not over-pump. Old Man is our expert on the subject, he will be happy to guide you if you will send him a PM:

Trental is a tread mark of Pentox. It makes the blood cells flexible so they can penetrate the smaller blood vessels and to supply them with oxygen. One of the side efects may be internal bleeding. Ask your doctor because of your liver damage if it is OK to take:

Bod,
A lot of questions there. I will try. First, Trental is pentoxifylline, also known as Pentox. It makes the blood cells more elastic and easier to go into smaller arteries. Pentox is one of the gold standard meds here. VED is a vacuum pump to create erections without an erousal source. The goal here is to have repeated erections to make the blood flow in and out. It is not like the erection you get on arousal. Believe me, no one gets turned on with their penis in a cold plastic tube. It does make you get an erection that goes down when released. The key is blood flow in and out. Ubiquinol aids in this process. CoQ10 is fine if you are under age 40. Under 40 your body turns it into Ubiquinol. After 40, you gotta take the straight stuff. As to Vit E, it won't hurt you unless you have cardiac problems, but it won't help Peyronies Disease. Priapus shots may be the magic bullet for our problems, but the jury is still out on that. Its use for Peyronies Disease is so new that we are still getting testimonies on it. In the meantime, you need to stay with the conventional treatments. Lastly, avoid rough sex. Mainly, the woman on top is the most dangerous position. Other than that, do whatever works, just be careful. I hope I answered all. Good luck.
