Penile Implant in Young Patient(s). Need advice from All !

Hello,
I am a 26 year old Male who has been diagnosed with Peyronies and has a downward curve of about 50d with hourglassing. As a last resort option and for my mental sanity I wanted to know more about penile implants, incase my treatments scheduled in a few months time fail ( Xiaflex + Restore X).
I would like input from young guys (older guys giving advice from experience welcome too !) with Penile implants and the long term impact it might have :
1) Given I'll be wanting sex till my 60's (so assuming the next 40 years ), would it be a stretch to get an implant at the young age of 26 or will I wear out revisions ?
2) I am assuming each implant will last an average of 10 years. Do revision implants last less than this ?
3) Based on this I will need 4~5 revisions. Will I get infection given that each revision raises the chance of infection a bit ?
4) Will the implants  eventually cause erosion, if there is a standard rate of erosion each year ?
5) What else do I need to keep in mind ?

PS. I really hope my Xiaflex treatment & Traction that I have already started work, and it doesn't come to this. But answering these questions will put my mind to ease. Finally, I would like to seek your blessings fellow members !

I too hope your Xiaflex and Restorex work.

You ask all of the right questions and while I am old I can assure you that a revision has the same life expectancy as the initial implant.

Semi rigid implants can cause erosion. I don't know exactly about inflatable implant, but I think there's some degree of erosion.

An inflatable implant is only likely to cause erosion of the glans if you were oversized (which should become obvious.  Or if you are in a habit of leaving it partially inflated daily.

There is a chance that if a patient has an unhealthy (thin) tunica that an implant can spread out in width.  I have mot known or read of any such instances.
