Hi all. So I have a slight bend 3/4 of the way up. 2-3 hard bumps. They seem to be getting softer. I take VitE, massage the area with VitE. Masterbate with VitE, also bought a stretcher. Sex sometimes but afraid to bend it cause its more prone now. Don't really have pain and erections are okay not rock hard but pretty hard. I was going to try a chiropractic activator on the plaque spots. Any advice. This thing is adjustable pressure and you trigger it to send a rubber tip into the area popping the tissue. Any advice. With other things or if anyone has tried this or now what I'm talking about. Afraid to do more damage. But you can adjust the pressure so I'm thinking not to hard.

that's an interesting idea about the activator.  can i ask did you try it and have any positive or negative results?
if it's powerful enough to cause an impact pain I would have guessed it might be too dangerous.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

Broken,

My chiropractor has used an activator on me before and I would suggest against it. The activator pounds pretty hard. Think about the concept of an activator. A chiropractor is taking the activator and placing it in a position to adjust a disc. It takes a decent impact to manipulate the disc. Moreover, the activator is pressed firmly against the a firm surface, the disc. Your penis is not firm and I would not try to do this erect, which would be a really bad idea. So, what would you do, Stretch the flaccid penis and hold it against a table or something and then pound it? I would look into Xiaflex. Thus far, I have seen positive results and I am hopeful for full elimination.
