Saw my urologist( first time ever seeing one) last week and was diagnosed with Peyronies Disease. I really didn't like his attitude of basically not really anything that can be done take Vitamin E and use Verapamil cream. I'm not a guy who goes to the doctor. This is my first one in over 3 years and the one before that was just for a check-up. I was really concerned and he acted like it was no big deal! It's a huge deal to me. I'm only 48 and have a very high sex drive and life with my wife. I have the bottle neck issue with just the basis being flaccid and the rest normal.

I read some poor things on verapamil cream and I decided not to use it. I called my PCP and got in to see him. I told him about this site and explained that trental is used by many on here and seems to be a good start over the cream. He pulled up a site ran by Doc's who specialize in Peyronies Disease and printed it out for me. Went over the different studies and treatments. I explained I wanted to try Trental and he said he's ok with it, but that the urologist, they know each other, is going to get pissed that I'm not following his treatment. Told him didn't care I would find another urologist. So I have been taking ALCAR 2000mg, 12g of Citrulline Malate, 400iu of Vit E, and now will be taking Trental daily. I hope since it just happened about a month ago that I can reverse or at least keep it where it's at now.

I would like to thank the people who run and posters on this site. It has helped me a lot about this disease and different ways to attack it. I will keep the site updated on how it works for me. Also, buying the ALCAR and Citrulline Malate in powder is the cheapest way to go. Best place I found was Powder City. 500 servings of ALCAR was around 12 bucks and CM was like 13 for 85 servings. I get it and another NO/pump's from my pre-workout supps.

I would like to ask you about the dosage of the ALCAR and Citrulline, it is for workout or Peyronies.
The quantities seems very high.
Don't forget to take Pentox always with meal!!!

Welcome aboard friend, I feel I have gained enough knowledge on here to recommend you to try Ubiquinol (a CoQ10 supplement for the over 40's)  and to look at the positive benefits of Vitamin K2, seems like it keeps the calcium where it should be and out of soft tissue. Where we don't want it, of course.
Age early thirties, peyronies 4.5 years

James,

I do workout, but I'm taking the CM and ALCAR for my Peyronies Disease. I just read that's what I should be taking and it seems to be working good. I have also added L-Arginine to help with bloodflow/pump. Made my base seem a little larger and firm that before. Sex still isn't where it was a few months ago due to loss in length and girth, but wife is very supportive.

How long before people start seeing some results from Pentox?

Fenix,

I have been taking pentox for 4 months now and although I haven't seen an improvement in my condition with the bend or dents. I have noticed a huge difference in pain. On my 3rd week of being on pentox I noticed that my penile pain was basically gone.

This is great news Wonder, having the pain gone is a huge step, I am very happy for you on this. The Pentox really does seem to be a key component with this disease, I am not sure why some are so unsure of using it.

Thanks Stabler, I'm happy about that as well. To try and answer your question I guess it would have to be a combination of money and the side effects, tackled on by that there is a chance that it will do nothing. I say it's always worth a try though as whats at stake is kind of important.

I agree, trying it and having nothing happen is better than not trying it at all. At least give it a chance is my thought.
