Good day.

Im starting to extend and have stopped at combination of hanging (during privacy time, will be able to do it quite a lot), extending (going somewhere out or when having no time for hanging) and maybe non-wet pumping options (have not yet researched on this topic).

To start with - Im having a peyronie desease and my curvature is about 20-30 degrees to the left hand side. Therefore my main goal is making an organ straight, enlargement is just a side effect. Therefore I would appreciate if you could advice me whether or not Im choosing correct devices.

1. Extender.

1.1 For the extender to treat peyronie's my opinion is that to make it more effective for curvature tratment I should fix and direct my head to opposite side from my curvature. Andropeyronie which has additional holes for making an angle seems to effective, but quite expensive. I do believe that I can easily buy cheaper extender and make additional hole in it myself for fixing a head with an angle.

- What is your opinion about converting a head-holding part by adding additional
hole in it to create angle for Peyronie's desease treatment. Does it worth to try?
(a try to create Andropeyronie from a simple extender by
adding additional hole for making an angle for penis head)

1.2 Question 2 comes into type of extender.

1.2.1 Ive researched about 2 extender types: spring extnders and slider extenders which dont use springs.
To me non-spring ex-s look better. However I have not found anyone who would report the gains using slider extenders. Could you please share about this or give me links to forums where I can find more info?
If i decide to but slider ex., it probably will be 1. 3(2) in 1 Miracle slider pro extender OR 2. LeLuv slider extender.

Here is the example, only 50 usd including shipping to my location . 3 in 1 Miracle Slider Pro Penis Extender Enlargement System Stretcher Hybrid | eBay

So here my questions are:

- Anyone to share about gains with slider extenders? Any cons and pros / suggestions?

- WILL I BE ABLE to replace head fixing base on my SLIDER extender with head-fixing
base from my SPRING extender? Are these parts standard in general?

2. Hanging.

- Is hanging effective for Peyronie desease tratment?

- Can I use hanging with an angle?

- How can I make my own hanger?

- How to avoid increase of base girth?
[/color]

What i mean by last question is that hanging to what i have seen doesnt make your penis bigger/longer much. If you see an increase in size that is because your base (not penis base, but mostly skin near body bone) is being streched. How it can be avoided? another example of what i mean is that extender act on your penis arrow only while it prevents base (which is actually not something I want make bigger) is being fixed. Sorry for my English, but by saying 'base' i dont mean the girth of arrow but rather a skin near your balls which is not considered a penis from my point of view.

3. Pumping.

I will only use girth exercises after adding enough lenght because of
easrier tissue growth on thiner organ, however I dont have bath, only shower.

- Are there any dry (without use of water) pumping devices available?

Thank you everyone for replies and sharings. Sorry for mistakes in my writing if any.

People on this forum are using spring load extender. It is safer not to make some damage to your penis.
I hope that someone with more experience than me with traction will jump in.
I moved you topic to the board bellow because you topic/post is about traction only:

I have used the leluv extender with great results. I prefer this type of unit versus the spring loaded ones.
