Hello, I am 20 years old and in the last 2 or 3 years, my penis has become very different, it does not get excited and hard when I see a good looking girl anymore.. and when it does errect, the underwear/jeans is too strong causing it to be squashed in side.. now when I was 17, I got errect from sighs of cute woman and whole underwear would stick up (embaressing) and would need to hide it so people didnt see the lump haha! but now it NEVER does that... and I didnt have a girlfriend back then, I do now... and wish I could do that with her.

I have sex only when she is down, when shes ontop I feel not much.. doesnt really feel like she can ride it, but she tries and only gives up because shes worn out jumping up and down on a soft penis (and it slips out 9/10 of the time when shes on top)and penis feels soft not hard errections anymore, and it stops after couple seconds becomes numb, don't know if i'm still hard.. or flacid.. or if it's even still in or slipped out and I need to keep asking her, which makes her angry and we both lose the mood and i'm stuck frustrated and horny, but a limp lifless numb penis.. wow!

there is a slight lump (it's not like a disgusting pink pimple. no no) it's just like a flesh colored vein and is there when flacid and hard it's like a soft ring that is on the side, kinda like a vein, only it doesn't move with the foreskin, i pull my whole foreskin down and its still there. I followed all of my veins and they do not connect to this soft lump. Where the lump is the penis goes back and points at my chest, when I stand up the penis is bend back towards my chest.. its very bent which means it must be peyrones right?

Now 3 years of this and now my penis skin when flacid even feels different, soft, and when i hold it in hand kinda 'dies' down into my hand rather than being able to hold the flacid penis, it's soft like clay, and kinda feels rubbery and numb (not completely) and wirey (?) and I can feel each vein, never use to be able to even see the veins that much or feel them now I hold my penis in my fingers and the skin is like putty and the veins I can pinch them. strange.. and I keep getting burning, sting feeling in the shaft, mostly on top and towards bottom. The penis seems to have turned a darker color to rest of my body, and at one point last year I was getting hard and the penis head would be dark purple and the penis a dark pink color it looked very sore and felt 'fluidy' when hard like it was full of blood.. but this only happened once or twice.

Only other thing I can think of is when I hold it when it's flacid from finger tip to palm it doesn't fill my hand, it use to when flacid so I think it may be getting less girth... and when it's hard I could have sworn its slightly shorter in middle, and never full errect... oh and when it's flacid, there is 2 like dark shadow patches on the skin, and also when I squeeze very hard with my penis I feel like a liquid at the bottom of the penis which makes the penis slightly harder but only when tense muscles of stomach... when the penis is flacid the foreskin is all wrinkled up lines, and when i pull my foreskin back, just below the head of the penis is little purple circles of veins. dark purple vein circles small.

I am shy (we all are at first) go to doctor, so i'm just wondering if you guys can tell me if anyone had something similar to this and what it's most likely to be so I have idea what to expect when I go to the doctor in April (i'm away from my girlfriend and she promised to go with me when im with her next in this month and i'd only go earlier if you guys think its severe and needs early intervention, if not i'm gonna need her support in the waiting room eh?)

Thanks - JDM

Hi JDM,

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I suggest getting a diagnosis from a qualified physician as soon as possible. Please read up on the various treatment options available and be sure to read through the other member introductions; you may be able to find other forum member who have similar symptoms to yours.

There's not really much you can do until you get a confirmed Peyronie's diagnosis. Good luck and best wishes.
