Which one is "more likely" to help? I'm just confused. Which one out of these two has more studies on it and more backing it's efficacy? Or are they BOTH supposedly very effective in helping Peyronies Disease specifically?

notscared...........Carnitine would be the best of the two, it just cost more.  dplookin

Dplookin,

So there is more info on carnitine?

Can you recommend a cheap powdered version that is cheap and has cheap shipping? I'm just looking for simple directions (not like 1/4 teaspoon =456 mg take 9 tsp a day) on it and a cheap price WITH shipping.

Primaforce on any major website is quite cheap, I ordered mine yesterday. They also make powdered ALCAR.

Powdered form is far cheaper than capsules. Both will help with Peyronies.

If you can afford it, buy Citrulline Malate instead of Arginine. To be clear, you want Acetyl l Carnitine - not just l carnitine. If it's a matter of one or the other, go for the ALC.
