Hello everybody!

First of all, I want to applogise for my English, it's not my mothertongue and it's not even my 2nd tongue.

I am 25. I have had a small penis curvature for a long time  (don't remember when exactly, but yesterday I found some naked photos I sent to my ex-girlfriend back in 2012, and back then the curvature was 7-10 degrees to the right of my penis - now it's almost 30 and towards me as well+to the right), but back then I didn't pay too much attention on it, since my sexual life was normal.
In the summer of 2013, after having wild sex with my gf, I had some terrible pains for 2-3 days, and that was the moment when I googled on the internet my condition. The curvature got worse, and not only to the right, but also towards me. The upper part(glans) of my penis got a bit narrower, and, maybe because of this, errections sometimes aren't that good.
I know little about the condition, that's why I entered this forum.
In January 2014 I went to an urologist, who made me ultrasound but didn't notice anything, and he told me there is nothing I can do (curvature 20 degrees), and if my condition gets worse, I can make surgery. I can feel below the glans a rough thing, small one. Sometimes I feel my plague very rough, sometimes it seems very soft, almost gone, which is strange. After that, I started not to pay attention and just live. But lately, I noticed that the curvature got worse (maybe 30 degrees), and I plan to go to another doctor. I get morning errections only 40% of the time. Also, my penis was 16 cm in lenght a few years ago, now it's barely 15 cm. The upper part got tighter, the lowe part is still thick. Also, for about 2 years I'm suffering from premature ejaculation. Maybe it's also psychological, cause when I don't think about my peyronie and I'm totally relaxed, I can keep it up to 20-25 minutes. My gf knows about the condition. I need an urologist who will really help, like prescribe me the necessary drugs I have to take in order to stablize/deal with my condition. The problem is that I live in Romania and I don't know anyone(urologist) who can really help me with this.

I hate this condition and I'm willing to do my best to fight against it.
The only problem is that I need a good urologist, who won't tell me that pills/injections don't work, so there's nothing much I can do except for operation. I kindly ask you guys to recommend a good urologist in Eastern Europe! or at least tell me how to get prescriptions for the pills needed.
Also, please tell me - how oftern to have sex, since after sex I do have some slight pain in the plague area, which disappears right after. Do I have to have sex/masturbate as rare as possible?

Thank you in advance.

I sent you a PM.
In addition, in my opinion you should have sex as you feel you want/need, with the exception of having more pain than pleasure.
Use it or lose it some will say. ;D
Other people may have different opinion.

It is a challenge to find a good doctor anywhere. But this is the key to finding one that specializes in treating this disease and not to tell you  "nothing can be done". Also, you don't need to limit yourself on sex, but learn to be very cautious now that you know about this disease.

Thank you all for the feedback, James thanks for the PM help!
Also thank you guys for having this forum!

I am considering seeing a new urologist this week.
I am also considering starting Pentox (Already bought a box - pills 600 mg), but I am worried about the side effects of it.
I read on the forum that it causes sleeping problems/anxiety/stomach problems and so on. I had some sleep problems, I don't have them lately, also I suffered from anxiety a few years ago, but I don't suffer anymore, and sometimes my chortisol is high due to stress.
Should I start taking 1200/day, as people usually take, or should I take one pill of 600 mg, or even less?
Are these side efects that bad? Does Pentox worth it, I mean it really works?

James also told me about Cialis, but I doubt that I can get in the pharmacy, as I got Pentox without prescription. I am afraid that using Cialis can affect having errections on my own (I have good sex errections, but night/morning errections most of the time are absents)

Also I have a question on VED - I found many "penile enlargement" VED here online on sexshop, do all of them work? How long a day should I use them?

Thanks a lot!

Regarding Pentox:
Are you sure they are 600 mg? Not 400 mg? Please check also if they are the slow release, this what you want, less side effects.
Don't broke the pills if they are 600 mg.
Start with one pill in the morning (400 or 600 mg) with meal, (not after meal, during meal) for one or two weeks to get used to and then increase to one more in the evening with meal, not later than 18:00.
I had side effects but they gone slowly.
Regarding Cialis, 2.5 mg daily will help you with the night/morning erections. Cut the 10 mg pill to 4, it will come out much cheaper.
Myself using a "sex shop" VED as the medical grade are not available where I am living. The most important think is that they will have a fast release valve and manual pump, not electric. 20 to 30 minutes daily, you can read the once cylinder protocol we have here:
Peyronies Disease THERAPY WITH THE VITALITY OTC ONE CYLINDER VED - Peyronies Society Forums
If something not clear, write a PM to Old Man, he is our Guru/Expert in the VED subject.

James, Pentox which I bought is 600 mg (eliberare prelungita, guess it means slow release). Since you understand Romanian, you might take a look Prospect Pentoxifilina SR Zentiva 600mgx10blist.x10cpr.elib.prel - Catena
Why I shouldn't break the pills, is it because it can be harmful or the effect won't be the same?

Also, I use to taxe Tribulus terrestris, which helps with frecquent urination and helps errection, does anyone know anything about possible interraction with Pentox?

Also, what's the difference between CoQ10 and Ubiquinol? Should I add this to my treatment?

Regarding VED - I don't know about fast release (it's all on online sexshop), but they have manual pump.

Thanks!

Of course I understand Romanian, is my mother language. :)
I read the info in the link,it is same as all the other Pentox brands (have many, as the patent expired).
The reason not to brake the pill is that if broken the slow/long release effect will be reduced and you may have more side effects.
Myself started with the non slow release because that what I got from the doctor and I had bad side effects.
With the slow release, the side effects where minimal. Also some forum members, according to they doctors (leading Peyronies specialists) prescriptions, were on 2400 mg per day, some with no any side effects, so the side effects are very individual.
Three things you should be aware:
1. It may reduce your blood pressure.
2. It may reduce the platelets (trombocite) and the white blood cells. I was happy if it was happening to me as I have them very high but it didn't effect me.
3. It is weakening the immune system. I had to stop taking it after 18 months because I was getting severe flue every month already.
Ubiquinol is the refined CoQ10 (Ubiquinone). Our body uses Ubiquinol and if you are over 40, your body capability to convert the CoQ10 to Ubiquinol is decreasing. Ubiquinol is much more expensive than CoQ10. You may add it to your treatment if you want, some members reported very positive effects. You can read more on the subject if you will make a forum search for CoQ10 and/or Ubiquinol.
Regarding the VED, send me a PM with the link to the VED, maybe I can see from the picture if it have or not the fast release button.

James, as always, thank you for your fast answer! :D

I already took a pill 600 mg in the morning, the only thing I feel is that I am a bit dizzy (now I'm at work), but this side effect doesn't seem that bad in comparison with other people describe. No anxiety/nervousness so far, which is good.
Guess I'll keep it 1-2 weeks on 600, then I can go up to 1200.
Also, is smokin/drinking allowed while on Pentox?

I managed to make an appointment at a doctor for tomorrow evening.
I will PM you about VED(send you the link in the evening).

Thanks again!

Hello everyone again!

Yesterday I saw an urologist here (there are only 1-2 who take interest in this problem in this country).
He manually examined me and told me there is no need to make an ultrasound test(although that was in his interest, cause that costs extra money), because the plague is small.
In his opinion, if there is no pain (he says that small pain during intercourse can occur even at healthy guys), there is no need to treat.
He told me about this injections, including Xialfex (I was surprised, cause in Romania the drug isn't used for Peyronies'), and also mentioned some soundwave or smth terapy, that another doctor does. But in his opinion, there's no need for me to treat the disease.
He said that Pentox won't do any harm, but it's difficult to say if it will really work, since it goes through the whole body and there's no guarantee it will reach the "spot". He also said that VED won't do any harm either, so it's up to me if I want to use it. About Cialis he says he doesn't recommend since I'm young(25).

Actually I haven't had pains for a while, but today during sex with my gf I had some pain in the plague area. The errection itself didn't hurt, but during sex and after it as well as when touching the area there was some soft to moderate pain. Does this mean that the thing is evolving?

What do you guys think? I am thinking of going on with Pentox. Should I still keep searching?
Also, is there a link to a topic where I can put photos, so other members to say their opinion about the curvature? 10x

LWillisjr

Pentox is good for helping with the pain so I think this would be worthwhile.

If it is Peyronies then using a VED or traction is highly recommended by many members on this forum.

And yes we have a special area of the forum for any pictures.

Also, I have a question related to Pentox. Does it work on its own? I am planning to buy a VED, but I'm trying to save some money lately, and I think I can postpone it a few weeks. Does Pentox work on its own, I mean are we sure that the substance goes to penis, or it works only in combination with VED?

Also, for the Pentox treatment, if you were to choose what to add between Ubiquinol and L-cartinine, what you would add?

Also, what do you guys think about my urologists' conclusions?

Thanks!

james1947

Leitmotiv

VED and Pentox, both are increasing blood flow to the penis.
Pentox will work without VED, but in my opinion (based on reading everything posted on the forum) will work better with VED and low dose Cialis.
Can't answer you regarding Ubiquinol/L-Carnitine, some posted good results from one of, others from the other.
Regarding your doctor, in my opinion, everything he told you is crap, wrong and misleading. I don't want to mention his says one by one, all are wrong!!! You should find an other doctor.
