I just found this forum, searching for clues to a strange situation.  64 year old male, who has recently noticed an upward curve in my erect penis, involving just the last two inches. There is no other change, and I can't feel anything when flaccid that might be scar tissue or hardness of any kind. There is no pain at any time, and function seems unimpaired.  This came on rather suddenly. I'm expecting everyone to recommend I see a urologist, but if I'm not ready to do that yet, what can I do in the meantime to improve future chances. I don't have a partner to be concerned about at this time.

Jonbinspain

O.k. So no pain, no discernible plaque, and no E.D.  I'm no expert, but I'm not sure it's Peyronie's.

As for moving on, you have to know what you're dealing with before you can do that. So, yes, you should see a Urologist.

Colddog

Yes, you should see an urologist to diagnose you as Jonbinspain has suggested!
I am proposing yo to read (if you have not done it yet):
MUST READ BEFORE YOU POST - Information for new members - Peyronies Society Forums
If it is Peyronies, the WORST thing you can do is not to do nothing. You need to treat Peyronies as soon as you can.
I understand that you don't have a partner right now, but maybe you may want to have one in the future.

Please read the link that James has posted. This provides some basic information and the basis for what we suggest works best.

But I have to ask why you would not go to see a urologist.

If you were having heart issues would you "wait until you are ready" to go see a doctor?

I second the advice given by other members: it is critical that you see a urologist and start treatment as soon as you can.

Good luck and keep us posted.
