My thinking behind this approach is that you would have 2x main 30 minute sessions with Restorex (High Tension)

...but then supplement it with an ADS in between, to keep the penile fibres elongated for a longer duration (at a lower tension)

No idea what what the science is behind it but it is logical at least in my head.

I will say that I have combined the PMP along with the Restorex. The PMP could be compared to an all day stretcher in the sense that you have to wear it for longer periods throughout the day. That is exactly what I did for about 6 to 8 hours a day for a long time - 18 months. The Restorex helped me with correcting a 45* curvature. The PMP helped me with giving me back the lost length and girth. I did have the ability to wear it at home since I work remotely and with no kids at home was easy. Now these other all day stretchers I do not have any experience with them. I would first ask if there is any way to gauge the amount of force that is generated.
