I am 5 years out and the internal scar is not allowing penitration.  I read that my choices are surgery graft, or implant, or VED daily for a month or two to soften the scar and that should help. Anyone every heard of that.

I've never heard of a scar preventing penetration. If your penis is now straight, shouldn't you be able to enter with lubrication?

From my perspective though, you have had 2 plication surgeries and you havnt been happy with either. Maybe an implant wouldn't be such a bad idea. The satisfaction rate from guys who have had them done seems to be pretty high compared to other surgeries.

Let me ask this, should a VED make me erect with blood or just appear fatter and longer. ?  Yes, it can cause a lump of scar that hits a bone or something.. My partner is wide open.

A VED will cause an erection. That is what they were originally designed for.
