We titan implantees are warned to make sure the MRI machine is of a certain type otherwise it could cause some serious damage.

I was wondering if there are any other machines or experiences that could cause us problems that maybe I am not thinking of? Scuba diving? Ultrasound machine? Etc

What is the source that says an MRI could cause serious damage?

My impression is that it has some potential to interfere with the image.  I have had CT scans and X-rays of the bladder area and elsewhere with no issues.

The coloplast rep told me that the pump has a little bit of metal in it and it can be attracted by the magnets of a certain type of MRI. But maybe his bosses had just told him to warn about MRIs and not told him the details and he drew his own conclusions.

Companies would warn if the device was not MRI compatible. It isn't a might or might not scenario.

This is correct. You will need to tell the MRI clinic you have a titan penile prosthesis implant. They will need to adjust the settings of MRI machine prior to your scan.

I had an MRI done at the one year mark post implant.

I have an eye stint which requires no MRIs over 3T (3 Teslas) and was given a card stating such. I believe I got a similar card after the Coloplast implant as well. To date, few scanners are used over 3T, with quite a few being only 1.5T.
