manual traction--erection?

Anyone get an erection when they do manual traction? I just started it and within a minute I got hard. Wondering if anyone experiences this, and if it means something. Thanks for any insight.

15 degree kink to right at first, but upward curve emerged (~15 degrees)
narrowing on the right morphed into narrowing on both sides, but no loss of girth
No longer doing supplements, now just traction (phallosan forte for 6 hrs, 5 days a week

manual traction can improve some symptoms, but you have a high risk of worsening, I do not recommend it
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Do not do this it has made so many guys worse, either buy a device or do not try traction at all. The medical studies on traction for peyronies are all made on devices and not people standing pulling on their dicks with their hands.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

I have a device coming in the mail. So Neoman is just blowing smoke?

Even he says do it at your own risk. It's a bad idea having the approach of pulling on your dick by hand to correct Peyronies.
