Dear all,

I am thirty years old and live in Berlin. I recently (end of January) noticed a narrowing on the left side of my penis and a slight bend of 20 degrees to the left. This observation quickly led me to self-diagnose Peyronie's disease. I don't have any pain at the moment and I can't say exactly how long this dent has been there. It could probably have been there for one to two months.

On Monday, I had my first appointment with a urologist, who confirmed my diagnosis (based solely on my photo). He prescribed me Potaba and Tadalafil. He wants to start ESWT therapy on Monday. I don't really believe in the benefits of shockwave therapy, but it seems to be the most common form of therapy here in Germany (in the absence of Xiaflex, which was taken off the market in 2019).

The forum has been incredibly useful to me so far, because I was initially quite overwhelmed by the diagnosis. I have another appointment with a urologist in two and a half weeks, who will hopefully do a more thorough examination.

Currently, I would like to add a traction device to my routine. I am currently doing manual modelling. Although I would like to use the restoreX device, which is difficult to get in Germany. I am thinking of ordering it on ebay (at a considerable extra cost) or buying it in London (short city trip from Berlin to pick it up on site). Any information on this topic is most welcome.

The reports here in the forum have been of great help so far. I therefore plan to take you with me on my journey, which I hope will have a positive ending.

Good luck on your journey and keep us updated. Would be nice to have some additional feedback based on feedback and doctors in Germany.

You can try other traction devices if the RestoreX is too difficult. If you look at the RestoreX vs PenimasterPro (PMP) studies the PMP actually achieved better results for curvature reduction. Granted you have to wear it longer.

I personally like the totalman rod extender, you should see if you can get that in Germany. Even better, there's a user on reddit selling a very good rod extender: https://www.reddit.com/user/PervMcswerve

But you still need the totalman vacuum chambers for it: https://totalmanshop.com/products/all-day-stretcher-kit-2-0
