Or how about using a lock that has a timed release?. They are used by people into self bondage! Google Hrsptudorc Smart Time Lock LCD Display Time Loc. If the size was right, that looks as if it could work with a bog standard noose extender.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

I would not wear any stretching device while sleeping.  Way too risky, could cut off blood supply and risk cell death and necrosis.
Age: 44
Large Indentation 3/16/20, lead to Penile Microfracture on 6/26/21.  Still suffering from large indentation, some wasting on other side of penis and large nodule when erect in center of penis (dorsal). Penis is straight & erections are good.

jj21: the answer is none.  Never do that. You have the night time erections and you may injure your penis as well as cut of circulation and not notice anything wrong because you are sleeping. It is a big no-no. Even restorex manual mentions this!
