I have identation, narrowing and hinge effect when is semi hard. I tried everything for almost two years:
Q10, L-Argenine, daily Cialis, traction, VED, even a PRP shot. Nothing is working, and I'm done fighting for nothing.  I read that Extra Tunical Grafting is a surgery for my type of deformity and that has low probability of novo ED. Did anyone out there had it done?
