Concerned I may have further injured myself, should I avoid or perform traction?

Hi all

I've had Peyronie's for around 8 years. A few days ago I was performing some light counter bending to my penis while erect (something I have been doing since I tried Xiaflex around a year ago), and I felt a very slight bit of pain, as if something had very slightly torn directly where my scar tissue is.

I immediately stopped and let my erection subside, but I am extremely concerned that this may be a new injury and cause further scarring and curvature. Since then, I have at times felt a tingling session where my plaque is while flaccid at random points in the day (which is not something that normally happens). I have tested getting an erection and it seems OK (no additional curvature), but after a while I got a very, very slight feeling of pain again which made me feel like whatever I did the other day was still there and healing, so I should definitely not push it.

What is the best recommendation for me to avoid this causing any worsening of my condition? Should I perform light traction each day for long periods so any injury heals in a stretched state, or is it a better to leave it to heal?

Please help, thank you

I have been doing it gently ever since my Xiaflex course ended, and have seen a decent amount of improvement in curvature since then (more than I got out of 3 rounds of Xiaflex).
