I am a uncircumcised guy and wonder how to perform traction (by hand).
If i pull at the front of the penis the actual penis is gliding out of my hand and i am just pulling the skin. Is this the correct way or should i get a tighter grip or just pull the foreskin back before?

You have to retract the foreskin. You must put traction on the tunica, not pulling foreskin.
