I'm more of a observer here on the forum and have been trying tons of oral treatments in the last 4 years.

Recently tried a fairly high dose of propolis tincture (30% propolis / 70% alcohol) taking 20-30ml per day along with 2-4 grams of solid pure propolis.

For me it seems to completely erase heavy inflammation and in many cases prevent a inflammatory response after activity.

Could be anything though, but the timing just matches up perfectly with starting the treatment, so this could be worth trying for those who struggle primarily with recurring inflammation.

can you please send me a message with the exact brands of your products?

I've been taking propolis for a long time, but I don't necessarily trust the manufacturer...

A little update on this experiment from my end.

The color on the skin, where my injury is, has been more or less reddish at all times for 4+ years, and especially after sex or masturbation.
While I've been on a heavy dose of propolis, I've "stresstested" by being sexually active every day to see how my body reacts, and to my surprise
the usual inflammatory flareup has not occurred and the color remains uniform. The tissue is also much more relaxed and soft. Normally the idea of
daily sexual activity would simply result in extreme pain for several days.

Unless this is some kind of crazy coincidence where my body natural healing timed up with me starting propolis, it looks like the propolis is having a significant anti-inflammatory
effect which eliminates all pain and prevents flare-ups.

Curious if anyone else has similar experiences either using propolis or other supplements.

Glad to hear it. I've tried it and it seemed to help too along with other supplements.

Study there.

I imagine it's similar to using something such as resveratrol. At the end of the day I prefer keto / fasting but still worth trying.

I don't have inflammation anymore but I enjoy trying supplements here and there. I like pycnogenol for example, but propolis is very interesting.
