Minimum length requirement for traction?

Hope everyone is doing well. Quick question: are there any penile traction devices that do not have a minimum length requirement? I know RestoreX has an approx. 4 inch flaccid minimum which seems to put me out of the running. (Yes, I'm not very well endowed in the length department.)
I looked at the Andropenis website but their FAQs do not mention a minimum length requirement and there is no customer service/contact us link as far as I can see.
Penimaster Pro has "The device can be used with nearly every penis size" which does not help much.
Any other possible devices I am missing? Or is traction not an option for those of us without length to spare?

Is it 4" with no stretch or flaccid when stretched to use Restorex?  I think it's when stretched as the average flaccid penis length is 3.5".  Can you stretch to 4"?

Where does it say that? It'd literally exclude more than half of the population from using their device. Sounds like rubbish to me

@TonySa: thanks for the response. Technically the manual says 3.75 inches/10 cm is the minimum, and maybe I am just incompetent at operating the thing, but I have not been able to successfully get the full glans over the threshold for the clamp.

There are a couple of other confounding factors for Restorex for me:
-I am uncircumcised so getting the head to stay in place is quite difficult, and the gauze has not been successful at keeping the foreskin back. Maybe it is just me but my foreskin invariably rolls back after a couple of seconds even when I retract it by hand.
-I may need to post pictures to give a better idea but because of the location and volume of my plaque which seems to cover the entire upper half of my penis all the way to the head, clamping my penis causes pain and inflammation directly on the plaque.

Maybe phallosan forte is actually the better choice? I honestly don't see the scientific appeal of RestoreX, if you cnat use the counter bend that it's just the fact that it's more tension? Peni master pro and phallosan Forte might be options as well

I think the restorex is well worth the money if you can afford it.  It can bend against most curves AND has more tension AND has to only worn 1hr/day vs  6hr/day.  It also has research supporting progress w only 1 hr/day.

Another advantage is the ability to increase the tension without removing my penis from the clamp.
59 years old, 65 deg bend to right, just started RestoreX
