I have been using my Restorex for nearly 11 months. My curve is at the base and was pretty severe at 70 degrees. I've probably improved by 10 degrees and have been able to maintain length and girth. I contacted Restorex regarding my situation and thought I'd share their response:

We would recommend discussing treatment options with your Urologist. Most men stop seeing improvement in curvature after 3 months.  Some see continued improvements from 3-6 months but that is usually the extent of the improvement.  Finally, some men with curvature near the base have benefited from doing the opposite angular force (counter-bending) in the 60 degree position (2nd stop) so you may want to try that.
