Hi all,

I'm a 24 year old who has just been diagnosed with Peryonie's a month ago. I have had HF since I was 19 but have led a healthy sex life. However, my erections have never been strong and I often power through sex without a full erection. I believe this is what has caused my Peryonies. (I'm still doing it but I need to stop. I just feel bad for her if I don't continue, but I must think of my own self-preservation!)

The plaque is located on the bottom right hand side and makes it curve to the right (about 30 degrees). There is no pain and I can have sex.

I'm seeing my urologist later today to ask for a less invasive type of traction therapy. Perhaps, PeniMaster, AndroPeryonies, RestoreX, Phallosan, or one that will not aggravate my HF, and correct the deformity close to my pubic bone.

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience on my specific problems and which traction device I should be using that will help and not aggravate my conditions?

Thank you for the help

Love, HF

I also have a pelvic floor dysfunction, though it's much better right now. You need to slowly train your body to accept the stretching and not having your penis turtle away. I can only speak about the Phallosan and Phallosan plus.

In the past I always had a searing sensation at the plaque location when stretching and using VED. I did religious warmup sessions with hot wash clothes before and then used the phallosan at almost no tension for the first day for one hour, then two and then increased the tension slowly (while staying in top green indicator area). The sensation came again, I ignored it and after three sessions it's completely gone. It seriously felt as if something was 'untangled'  :o Now stretching and VED are no problem anymore for months.

If you feel your penis turtling / going into hard flaccid mode, deep abdominal breathing and warmth are the way to go. You can also massage your perineum while sitting. Once you're in the device and the stretch is active it usually won't retract on its own. Think of how it's harder to do a bicep curl when your're at maximum extension in contrast to when your arm is at 90 degrees.

The Phallosan is working so far great for me, but I read reports about their customer service, which I never had contact with. I'm on the borderline edge of the S and M condoms, so I'm using the S, otherwise it will loose vacuum over time. The Plus is currently used for higher tension short stretching sessions. I've yet have a condom break for me, but I always use baby powder and have always short fingernails. The glans protector cap was mangling my glans, so I usually don't use it. My tissues seem to be used to vacuum pressure from the VED.

As for your sex problem, maybe using a cockring would help you with a fuller erection for a longer time? Or try supplementing Cialis, if that is an option for you.
