So I've been doing a lot of searching on hard flaccid, and it all deals with some form of restricted blood flow. Makes sense, the penis has three states, flaccid, semi erect and fully erect. When a penis is flaccid it is suppose to be super flexible and be painless. It should never ever be hard unless it is becoming fully erect. So if you have hard flaccid, there is a possibility that there is something wrong with the bloodflow within the erectile tissue. I'd recommend anyone who has HF to get a proper examination if you have the means and make sure you don't have major scarring in the coporal bodies. If you have HF make sure to get on some sort of treatment that will help fix coporal scarring somehow. Cialis and VED seems like it will help for sure according to people on this site.

Hard Flaccid is when the smooth muscle is contracting due to the tightness/cramping in the pelvic floor muscles.  I was diagnosed the muscle problem

That's a definite diagnosis? Just making sure. Makes sense. I am overweight. After my injury I tightened my PC muscles to try to force erections when I should have been relaxing and letting my body heal at the time. Also makes sense because when I pass stools or sit and sleep there is no hard flaccid. Luckily I rarely experience it anymore.
