I've been through my second round  of Xiaflex shots and for the last week hand modeling as instructed by my urologist. During the hand modeling and stretching I noticed a pea size lump above the glans. My doctor recommended Restorex two weeks after the shot but I'm concerned about the lump and the clamp of the device. Pain level in this area is mild but I'm afraid that the clamp pressure will aggravate it or I won't be able to stand it and  will be out of $500 for no use. Any previous experiences with a similar situation? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

can fibrosis also happen on the glans???

Hey ferna! It's good to know your doctor recommended the device, especially in combination with xiaflex. There are members here with situations very similar to yours. They suggest toying with the clamping area a bit to account for that. I would consider it, especially since the device is fda approved. Have you mentioned your concern to the doctor to see what he has to say?

Above the glans? Do you mean on the shaft just before it meets the glans?
