Injured penis - anything to reduce risk?

Hi all

31 year old man wondering if there's anyone kind enough to provide some advice.

I've had an injured, inflamed penis for three weeks and wonder if there's anything I can do to reduce the risk of plaque forming. Details below.

Three weeks ago I stupidly tried to bend straight my congentially curved penis out of curiosity. I also tried to stretch it, and masturbated for several hours, for two to three days in a row. At the same time I lay in bed for about 16 hours per day on two days. I feel ashamed. My father is very ill and I had become depressed.

I didn't feel any pain when I tried to bend it, but after hours of masturbating there started to me a weird pain on the lower edge of the head. After this episode I got a lump at location, on the top of the penis, around the point where shaft meets head. It was sore and inflamed. My penis just had a sick look about it - more wrinkly skin. Vertical wrinkles appeared - I'd never seen anything like that before.

At the same time I abruptly shifted from hyper sexual to completely no desire. Stopped getting erections. Certainly no masturbating in this time - the longest I've gone since I was 15! On the couple of occasions I have had slight erections while talking to my partner the penis looked sick. Very delicate. When I gently held it upright, it had a wobbly aspect to it. It was mostly about 70% erection, but when it dropped to about 60% - it would become super wobbly, randomly losing its curve and going straight. It was obviously inflamed in much of it. While erect I also noticed a cluster of three nodules on the left side of the shaft. They were maybe 3mm by 3mm each and soft. They are reasonably prominent and around a connector nodule thing in the dorsel vain (also quite prominent).

Also I just discovered I have very high cholesterol and high blood pressure. At exactly the same time the penis issue developed  (after I spent a couple of days in bed) I started to get swelling in my left feet and noticed some new blood vessels there. During this period I've had cold feet, penis and needles in feet, twitching in left leg, some mild discomfort in calves and upper leg and under my left buttuck. I've sometimes found my penis head cold. Obviously I'm worried about circulation issues.

I have been seeing doctors for these issues but so far not much luck. I am having an ultra sound of all these  areas, including penis, Monday. I've read that risk factors for P include having injury, and then inflammation that doesn't heal fast enough: that plaque can build up if blood hangs around there too long. Also read high blood pressure, high cholesterol, previous ed, low T. Yikes.

Any comments or advice be greatly appreciated.

Don't beat yourself up, we all do stupid things, even more so when we're depressed, be kind to yourself.

So..... Explain to me better the part of trying to bend your erection... Just so that I clarify something...

I have a bit of a congenital curve to the left and curve upwards.

In a moment of spontaneous unconsidered curiosity I just wondered what it would look like straight, and so used gradual modest force to squeeze it straight for a few seconds. I did this a couple of times both left to straight and upwards to straight.

Didn't cause any pain. Kept masturbating. A couple of days later noticed big flare up, including bumps on my inner left shaft and bumps just below the head on the top side.
