Hey all I hope some of you can provide me some simple advice on my personal situation with peyronies (undiagnosed). Here is a few facts about me: 25 yo, married, good health/shape. About 3 months ago I randomly noticed some slight discomfort during sex with the wife. At first I thought it was her as I had no pain, no issues with erection, etc... everything seemed normal. Then one day I got some considerable pain during sex, we finished but I knew something was wrong. FYI- we usually have sex about 2-4 times a week and I sometimes masturbate when she's not feeling up to it. Anyways... the next time we go to have sex I get pain as I am getting erect in what felt the head of my penis. I could still manage to have sex, and still enjoyed it, but knew something wasn't right. The next day as soon as I awoke I noticed slight shooting pain when flaccid so I decided I needed to see a urologist. I got a recommendation from my general doc and saw an urologist. $200 later he told me I have a very small nodule under the head, not to have sex for 3 weeks and take 400 mg of Motrin/day. this was no easy task lol... As I would say I have high testosterone (lift 5 times a week) because a week in I felt like I was dying and began to get morning wood again, which was almost painful at this point. We as a couple failed to make it 3 weeks and had sex around 2... not a good idea as the next day I had pain again. I have not seen the urologist since but this has been a constant battle between waiting until I feel fine again, have sex, pain, repeat the process. Now after about 2 months since Ive seen the doc I have only had sex about 3 time, and masturbated 2 times (bc the wife wont with me anymore until im 100% better). I literally am struggling with the will power to restrain but I feel now that its now or never, especially since now I have noticed it seems like the plaque has gotten bigger and my penis now bends ever so slightly to the right by like 2-3 degrees.

What should I do? I have read about eating an anti-inflammatory diet (I already eat pretty clean), VED, traction, meds, etc. Not sure where I should start or if I should just try and go months w/o sex (would this even make a difference and/or am I making it worse?). Would I benefit from starting on some meds or a specific diet? I don't think since I can get full erect that I should start any meds or traction devices considering I have no ED issues. Any advice will be greatly appreciated as I don't know where to go and really don't want to go see the doctor again for the same advice... Sorry for the detail but I felt they may be important.

Thanks Again.

Your urologist diagnosed a nodule?  What kind of nodule?  What is his actual diagnosis? These things don't just appear and there must be a cause.

Motrin is Ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory. But that doesn't explain what your Uro feels is the cause of this inflammation.

I think you need to get some clarification from this Urologist. Is he diagnosing Peyronies?  If he is, then I can't see ibuprofen being of much use. If not, what is he diagnosing?  If you can't or don't want to see this Uro again, I'd suggest you find another one. There is a list of well regarded Urologists on the site. Hopefully there's one in your area.
