Congenital or Peyronies?

Well, I'm new here.  My unit bends significantly to the left. It has done this about as long as I can remember. I think it's always been that way. I don't notice anything hard or lumpy when flaccid.

But when erect, I do notice 3 or 4 ring/cord like structures on the right side near the base. They feel a little squishy or soft even when erect. No pain. Have been there a long time. Almost feel like veins. Not really hard and can't feel them when flaccid.

Image a stick with 3 skinny doughnuts on it.  Stick is going down the hole/middle of the doughnuts. Now cover that with some skin.  Seems best way to describe it....  But I can only feel or see anything on the right side towards the base. When flaccid they are not visible at all.  When erect they are on the right side near the base. But again, they don't even seem that hard.

I don't ever really have any pain or problems with erection.  But of course sex is awkward but not impossible.  I would guess 30 degree to the left.
I'm confused because most people say if you have plaque, it bends to the same side the plaque is on.

The other issue is- If I pull on it straight out-- it seems like it feels tight on the left side.  If there are ligaments on left and right side of the penis, it seems like ligament on right stretches out longer than one on left.  But not even sure if that's a ligament.

So does this seem congenital? Should I still try traction or VED?

Geez, sorry for the super long introduction post.  Thanks!

Possibly neither.

A congenital curve is a curve you are born with.
