What are the cardiovascular risks of taking Pentox, especially over a long period of time?  Does Pentox interact with alpha-blockers:

Not bad I hope. I'm sure this would be a question for your Dr. Some like to wean off a little after a few months etc. Alpha blockers like FLOWMAX are well metabolized yet you should not stop then suddenly either. Keep a log of your daily feelings such as Dizzy, lazy, good energy etc. you may see a trend that your Dr. should be aware of.

If one does a search for pentoxifylline side effects, multiple hits will be found.  I did OK on the drug for a while and then I was hit by these...

Call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:

   chest pain,
   pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest;

:(
Oh well...

I've been on Pentox for about Four months with no noticeable side effects. It has not really made a huge difference to my bend, I'm 9 months into diagnosed Peyronies Disease.
The pain was reduced. I've started VED but been too busy to do it regularly.
Nut urologist had just prescribed me Cialis so I intend to start the Cialis and Tegular VED when back to work next week. However, moving onto Pentox and side effects. My wife went away two days ago for a holiday with her son and the grand kids I opted to stay home, catch up on some work and visit a few relatives with my dad.
I'm a 49 year old teacher, and a pretty confident independent fellow. after dropping off my wife for her trip, I went in to a full anxiety tail spin of which I have not experienced before, full panic attack, shortness of breath. It was amazing.
I remembered reading Pentox could cause anxiety. So I spoke to my wife who is very supportive and we agreed I should stop taking the .Pentox which I have and two days later I feel much better.
More like my usual self.
So I think imo I was quite capable of managing the side effect of anxiety.
Until put into a situation that naturally increased my anxiety levels, which normally would be controllable and magnified them.
Has anyone else experienced this, shiould I go back onto zoenyox when wife returns.
Or will VED and Cialis along with Cq10 and arginine and the usual cocktail of supplements suffice without Pentox.
