Since the onset of Peyronies in August 2015, I have noticed when I urinate, the start of my stream splits into two branches, a main flow and a lesser flow about 45-50 degrees down and to the right of the main flow. My curve is dorsal ~45 degrees with a slight ~5-10 degree bend to the left. Is this common?

QuackAttack,  I know that split streams are not uncommon for men without peyronies.  I had one several years ago prepeyronies ---and  spent a lot of time wiping off the wall!  Uro found no infection, and did one of those procedures where they look into the dick.  Again nothing.  After 3 or 4 months it went away on its own, and I never did learn what caused it.
