Hey All

Right now I'm working with the following "cocktail" mix:

1x400mg Pentox (just starting so testing my tolerance)
5mg Cialias
400mg Natural Vitamin E
GNC multivitamin
.6 Colcrys

Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm thinking of adding CoQ10 (I am under 30) to the mix. However, I also don't want to take too many that could potentially have offsetting effects. Hoping to up the Pentox to 2x400mg over the next couple of weeks.

Any advice or comments are Much appreciated. Keep fighting.

You would do well to try ALC and Citrulline Malate. Both are available in powder form ( miles cheaper!) and both dissolve easily in water.

Did you read the cautions while taking Colcrys (colchinine)?
Proposing you to read them.
CoQ10 will be a good addition, vitamin E will not do any damage, but will not help with Peyronies.

Thanks James. After reading further, I will probably stop taking the Colcrys once my current prescription runs out. It seems as if the potential costs outweighs the benefits. I am going to add coQ10.

My pleasure :)
Especially that 3 times in my life doctors almost killed me with prescribed drugs.
This is the reason that before taking any drug, reading hours on the internet about them. :)

Consider taking a full spectrum vitamin E.   Vitamin E is made up of 8 constituents. Alpha , beta, gamma, Delta tocotrienols and tocopherols.  Studies have show that when you take only one it may cause an imbalance.  A few companies make them and of course they cost more.

Mikey89,

If 89 is your year of birth, that would make you 25.  CoQ-10 is probably good then.  If you are actually older than that, consider going to Ubiquinol.  CoQ-10 becomes Ubiquinol based on enzymatic action.  This enzyme is not as strong in men older than about 40.
