Can't use vacuum pump and I don't know why

I bought two vacuum pump and I can't use them. I don't know why but when I pump nothing happens. On what it can depend? I have to shave maybe, hairs interfere with the correct use of it? Or maybe the hole it too small for my girth (I'm just guessing but I have a huge girth). What's wrong with it?

Obviously, somehow you are failing to get a proper vacuum. Try again holding the tube tight to your body.

* Kind of pump
* Are you using a lube as sealant and allow you penis to slide?
* Are you shaving or trimming you pubic hear?
* What is the cylinder diameter VS your penis diameter?
