Moving Plaque?

Does anyone have any experience with a plaque or plaques (nodules) that seem to move?  In Nov. 2013 I developed two soft-nodules right in the middle of my penis, seemingly on the septum, and I believed they were directly related to two very old indentations I have on the lower right side of the penis, as they lined up with these dents. Over the period of a year on Pentox and Cialis, the two small nodules seemed to grow together before separating again, and then a few weeks ago, I noticed they seemed to have shrunk down to pretty much nothing!  Hurray!

Only problem is (and it could be a big one) - I also discovered a new nodule that feels exactly like they did, way back near the base, also seemingly on the septum, and probably related to a small indentation I have back there, also on the bottom right side.

Now, considering I've been on Pentox, Cialis for the entire time, I am discouraged that a new plaque could grow out of nothing while on these drugs.  However, I also wonder if this isn't the original nodule now having somehow "moved."

My brain tells me this is nonsense, that a scar can't just migrate like that ... but I've heard others mention nodules that seem to move.  So can anyone share any experience on nodules/lumps/inflammation/plaques moving around?

Thanks,
Nemo
53 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002; recurred again in 2013. Over the years I tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps, Cialis + Pentoxifylline. For past few years only Cialis. Still functional.

I know what you're saying. This disease drives me crazy at times. I think a nodule has moved - like you, my brain says it's not possible. One day I think the plaque is shrinking and that I'm winning. A few days later it feels like the plaque has grown, or become thicker. I can only guess that it depends on how much blood is in the tunica at the time.

The only way to be sure would be regular ultrasounds, but that's not possible in my case.

I have had the exact thing happen to me! My original lump which was in the mid section on the top of penis has disappeared, but another has appeared right below the head! It seems like it has moved! However, now it hurts quite a lot to touch it, so I'm going to have to see a Dr for treatment.
