How to get the most out of andropeyronie with a downwards curvature?

I am a 20 years old and I do not believe I have Peyronie's disease, but rather have a congenital downwards curvature. I preemptively ordered an Andropeyronie device in anticipation of an appointment with a Urologist and have so far had it for one day and I find it decently comfortable to use. My appointment with the urologist was postponed and so I had to find another Urologist and am waiting to hear from them but in the meantime I am intent on using my device as best as I can while I have the free time to use it, what with it being summertime.

I have a downwards curvature of perhaps 25 degrees and bought this device to correct that. Upon reading through the booklet that came with the device I found a section that explained how to change the device to better correct curvatures to the left and right but have not found anything telling me how to use it best in correcting my downwards curvature.

I do not know whether the act of extending the penis is sufficient stress to correct the downwards curvature or if I should be angling the device in some way to better correct my issue. I would be very grateful is someone could help me out with this or direct me to a thread that will provide the information I need. Thank you.

This question has come up several times. These type devices put a pull along the length of the penis. Trying to angle it in different directions really doesn't do anything to improve its curve correcting ability. Also I would encourage you to read though the posts on congenital curvature. Most of the information you will find implies that only surgery will correct a congenital curve.
