I am 66 years old & sexually active. I first noticed the lump on the top side of my penis about 4 years ago. Then came the curving. I waited several months before going to see a Urologist, which was prob a mistake. When I went he told me I had Peyronies which I had already figured out thru research. He prescribed 2 Potaba 3 times a day & Vitamin E. There was no improvement. He told me to bend my penis the opposite direction of the curvature when erect as often as I could. I did that with every erection. There was no improvement. I have been able to have intercourse, but it requires her to do the insertion. Sex positions are limited due to shortening & insertion probs. i take Cialias Daily to help w/ erections but still sometimes don't get a good one. I often slip out. I have researched treatments of & on since I was diagnosed & recently learned of Xiaflex. Is this something I need to try?  Does it work?  Is it worth the risks involved?

I have private insurance & Medicare.

Regarding Xiaflex. They excluded calcified plaques so you have to make an ultrasound to see if your plaques are calcified or not.
To get better information regarding Xiaflex, read the topics on the bellow board:
Xiaflex - Trials and Treatment results - PDS - Peyronies Society Forums
I am proposing you to start using VED, it helped and helps many.
Regarding Potaba, we don't have too many success stories here.
I am proposing you also to take some time and read on the forum about PRP and Priapus shots.
I will make this treatment in April
