Extender shopping - Is the Penimaster spring loaded?

New to Peyronies, new to the forum, new to extenders.
I have been looking for an extender, the German made Penimaster seems like it would be the best for me,
due to fit, and the option to angle down.

I have read on this site that a spring loaded tension extender is the best.
Is the Penimaster set up this way? I cannot tell by the website, I see no claims for spring tension.

Penismaster has 2 versions. The penismaster and the penismaster Pro. Each is completely different in how it is worn. I agree the picture of the penismaster is not quite clear. There are also other brands like the Size Genetics and X4 Labs devices. There are several discussions in the traction threads on each of these.
