Hello,

My situation is mainly prevention of Peyronies Disease as a user of ED stimulants.

First, my ED is the result of prostate cancer (prostatectomy) of which I'm cancer free for the past 12 years. The PC was in part due to exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. I have pursued the usual path in my journey to address th ED which included the Viagra, Calais for a while without much success only the usual side effects which were not worth the trade off.

Eventually, it was suggested I try Tri-Mix. It was a hit and miss at best and just a hassle (refrigeration & preparation) when traveling but I persevere. I never really was satisfied with the results, between the prep and the lack of libido, it only increased the failure rate. I went to the VA and they suggested alprostadil (Edex) injections. For the past year or so I've been increasing the dosage and seeing some good results. I started out with Edex 10 and have just began a new prescription of Edex 20. The libido issue, I'm told, is not due to low testosterone, possibly due to intimacy issues with PTSD.

Currently, I have noticed that my relaxed penis shows no bending or hour glass deformity. With a full erection I am seeing a slight bend to the left on occasion. I have always alternated the injection locations and do not use the medication too excess. I have been told that Peyronies is a side effect of the treatment and I'm sure you folks may have some suggestions to prevent or slow the onset.

Thank you in advance for any direction and suggestions.

honestly, I would recommend administering injection on the "top" of your penis, the part you see when looking down.

if you do develop Peyronies Disease, at least you will curve in a way that is seen as "normal"
