first of all sorry for my poor english.
i'm 46, from Bologna, a professional accountant.
i've had a first approach with the disease in 2005, when a light fibrosis has been found at the base of my penis.
i've had for a several time vitamin E, iruxol, and levitra to keep the oxygenated the tissue.
things as gone well till january 2013. my penis had a little curvature towards the right, but everything was fine.
in january 2013 i found out some scar tissue inside my penis (like some small balls), and some difficulties in having a strong erection as before. my sensation was i've lost sensibility on the glans.
i went to the urologist that find out nothing wrong; he said i had a problem with a superficial vein and gave me cialis 5 mg to take half tablet per day for 2 months.
after the first assumption of cialis my erection was really good but still seemed to my i've lost a little sensibility. later on i began to have a little pain on the right side of the penis. it seems that this pain was due to the very strong erection i've obtained with cialis. i came back to the urologist as this pain was severe, and erection problematic even with cialis. he found out that i've had some fibrotic tissue in the intercavernosus body (i don't know if it the correct word in english). gave me cialis 5 mg for 2 months at alternative days, potaba, propolys, and an antinfiammatory cure. now i'm very depressed. can a strong erection without injuries at the penis cause fibrosis?
thanks for your attention

Hi Yalilo.

Your "poor" English is understandable so no need to be sorry for it. I am sure not many on the forum can understand Italian 8)
I would like to say that you have first to tel your uro to change to Pentox instead of Potaba. It helps a lot with the pain and may help with softening the scar tissues.
Personally, I don't think your erections had made the fibrosis.
I am proposing you to read (if you didn't read already):
MUST READ BEFORE YOU POST - Information for new members - Peyronies Society Forums
You will get a lot of useful information there

Welcome to the forum :)

thanks james to your kind and helpful message.
i've read about pentox in this forum; i think a prescription is needed to buy it. i will tell my uro about that.

thank you all to the support

best luck to everybody.
