Buzzing/Vibrating sensation on penis?

Hello all,

I have noticed a new and very annoying symptom. I get this vibrating/buzzing feeling in the glands/right side of penis that comes and goes, it feels almost like if your glans is engorged and you press the blood out of it. I also notice it more frequently while doing restore x but this all just started today. I did 15 min of traction this morning after masturbation, and masturbated before doing traction just now, so nothing new in the routine.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something to worry about or bring up to Dr. Yafi? (I have an appt on the 5th this week.)
