It looked like a lot of the threads were old. I have been approved for Xiaflex treatment. My penis when erect looks like hockey stick bent downward. I can still get kinda erect. Just a couple of questions. My underdstanding  is that I would have a round of 2 injections a week apart. Then none for 6 weeks then another round of 2. Then 6 weeks with none. Am I correct in that no sex for 6 weeks after each round of 2 injections. Does no sex mean no intercourse, does that include no masterbation. Is it possible for Xiaflex to make things worse?

I yould follow up with your doctor on the sexual activity limitations. From what I remember reading, your penis may get very bruised and swollen in the first days. there's a minor risk of a rupture too as you do the modeling so be very careful. The protocols vary by doctor so that's another factor to consider.

I don't remember seeing people saying they were worse... Just many cases with poor improvement in curvature, so people were dissapointed.

I wish I had some answers regarding sex or masturbation in the 6 week waiting period after a round of 2 xiaflex injections?

I have not heard of no sex after an injection. Usually it is recommended no intercourse for 6 weeks AFTER SURGERY. I would double check with the doctor you are considering the getting the injections from.
