I just received green light from my Uro to try PMP traction therapy. My issues is lost length, light curvature and hourglass. I will post images and measurements here if I see success.

In parallel I am using daily Cialis and we found out that my Testosterone is quite low for my age. (Thanks for the insight on this Mikel.) I am now trying to find a hormone specialist and I started doing strength training to see if I can improve it naturally.

Wish me luck 🤞

That is awesome that you discovered your low T levels. Yes finding an educated and experienced hormone DR can be very difficult. I will send you a PM message of an excellent male hormone forum that I belong to. You need to educate yourself about Testosterone - the good and the bad. Starting with the PMP is great. Remember that it will take some patience in learning just how to use it correctly. I also tried exercising and natural ways to increase my T levels but only raised them slightly. Don't give up hope though. Once your levels are replaced you will definitely see an improvement in your life.

Hi All,

I am currently getting used to the suction cup. I got my glans in a couple of times without traction.

Even after a couple of minutes, when I remove the cup I feel a tingling sensation on my glans.

Is this normal, and is this getting better once I am used to the device?

I especially feel it at the entrance of my glans (dunno how it is called, pee-hole? :)).

Thanks for any experience on this!

That is a normal sensation and with time you will get use to it. When I started using the PMP I would only wear it for about 1 hour a day the first week. Then increased it each week more and more. I got up to wearing it for about 6 to 8 hours a day. I would take short breaks after 2 hours though.

Thank you. This is reassuring. My goal now is to ramp up 5-10 minutes each day until I hit one hour without any traction force.

Then I will start to test and increase traction.

Once I feel good with gentle traction for one hour I will ramp up the time again.

Darn, I had a good start yesterday and immediately applied the cup. Today I tried it 3-4 times, but only the tip of my glans went in. This felt a bit hurtful as the full vacuum is only sucking on the tip them so I stoped and will continue tomorrow. Maybe a had a bit of blood in the penis from the stimulation from applying the gel.

Do you have a trick on what to do in this case? e.g. should I push the penis in while releasing the vacuum or simply try another time?

I would make sure your glans is lubed up and then grasp your shaft and place your head at the opening of the chamber. Then release the bulb and it should pull your head into the chamber. So is your glans not making it into the chamber completely?

I do it like this. I tried different amounts of lube, different angles, different pushing strength, different states of stimulation. I always end up with my tip sucked in the chamber, then further sucks on will not pull in the entire glans.

Therefore the suction is very strong on the tip and it immediately is quite red and the urinary entrance hurts a bit.

I therefore stopped using the device now as I could not beat the feeling.
