Using Restorex on its own now, then maybe with other treatment years later?

Right now, I'm not in a position (financially and otherwise) to get Xiaflex or other such treatments, but I might be able to save up for the one-time expense to buy a Restorex.

Would it be a good idea (from safety and efficacy standpoints) to buy a Restorex and use it on its own now, then if that doesn't help enough, wait until I'm in a position to get Xiaflex or some other such treatment, and use the Restorex again in conjunction with it?

Is using the Restorex a sort of "one and done" thing (ie, once you've done the months-long regimen with it, it would be unsafe to ever use again in the future)?

To give an idea of my Peyronie's situation, I'm 31 years old and have had Peyronie's since I was about 17. I had an accident (resulting for bending my penis to the left when semi-erect) that damaged the left side of my penis, about halfway up, resulting in a significant bend. Back then, I managed to buy some pentoxifylline by ordering it from a Canadian company that was recommended on these forums back then (I don't believe that's still possible today) and took it for about a year. I also started taking acetyl L-carntitine, L-arginine, and Co-Q10 (all of which I still take).

I think the 1-year regimen of pentoxifylline worked, since my curvature reduced so significantly that it could now pass for a mild-to-moderate congenital curve when I'm fully erect (albeit a little more pronounced when I'm semi-erect). However, I still have an indentation on the left side of my penis, a hardness/lack of sponginess along much of that side and a frequent dull pain on that side where the indent is. Most of my "erectile strength" is from my undamaged right side.
