Anyone tried gotu kola?

Has anyone already tried gotu kola for a long term period with any positive results?
Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

Many people did throughout the years,and as far as I know... No improvements with this supplement.. (by the accounts on the board)

To be honest I don't think any supplements work.
36 yrs old
Married & open relationship
In 2023 injury by repeated trauma, first noticed in early 2024
20-30° up and left curvature
