Hello everyone,

I know the topic of PRP has been brought up many times and also the use of stem cells. It is now 2025 and I would like to know what are everyone's thoughts on these two topics are and in detail which clinics / doctors are currently leading the field and treatment using these methods.

A little about myself.. I've had peyronies for 3 years now and have been stable at around 25-35 degree bend upwards. Did the traction device religiously for around 2 years and recently started integrating the vacuum therapy around 6 months ago. Truthfully, distracted by life and bummed because of no results, I dropped both due to zero improvements in my peyronies. Just want to get the little girth and about an inch and a half back I've lost due to this disease. I've been lucky to have not experienced any ED issues yet. Very.. Very lucky..

I am going to resume both therapies soon for the long haul but I feel like this topic needs an update. Been having a hard time researching any doctor that isn't a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon.

Is there a topic built on this yet that I'm missing? Can someone point me in the right direction or should we start a new one?

Lastly let me thank each and every one of you who has come to this forum and contributed stories, knowledge, and hope to so many of us out there that don't post often and lift each other up in some really rough situations. I've found so much inspiration in reading others stories and successes over the last two years since I've found this place. Thank you.

Developed 25-35 degree upward bend at 37 years old. No signs of trauma. Have used traction therapy for two years straight with the last three months combined with vacuum therapy, no improvement. Tried shockwave therapy and, of course, no results.

Why don't you post the question to Dr Trosts's board about prp injections. I am sure he is educated on the matter.
