What does traction do to the curve?

Does traction reduce the plack and break it down, or does it stretch it?

There are several different theories on this subject. In some cases where there is no treatment at all the plaques dissolve on their own. Scar tissue usually does not break down though but is pretty tough and not malleable. When traction is applied it does stretch out the areas where the plaque is and can/cannot stretch this out. It all depends on the individual. Remember that this disease is very mysterious in how it can affect each man as well, as we all have different chemical and physical makeups.

In this study, it seems like 100% of the med that used traction, got helped.
But I don´t understand how. If it is streching or reducing.

You just have to try for yourself and subjectively assess if you are getting any benefit from it. Start with your own measurements and then afterwards take new measurements and see if there is any difference.
