Can the Implant treat Chronic Penile Pain?

Has anyone experienced chronic penile pain (Peyronie's-related or not) that improved or went away after getting a penile implant?

And if no have you guys heard about anyone that the implant has helped with penile pain. ?
Untreated Penis Fracture in 2018 or 2019 
Soft Erections Unusable for Sex + Soft glans
22 YO constant flaccid & erect pain for 4 Yrs
Issues with frequent Urination + emptying bladder
Upper left curve \ hard area on penis where trauma took place

Why penile implant?

There are special uroghnenital reconstructive surgeons and micro urological surgeons (at least here in former Yugoalavia) who treat the fibrosis plaques. You need an advice frist from such reconstructive uroghnenital surgeon what is the best solution for your condition.
Diagnosed with penile fibrosis in March 2025. Echo results: relatively clear demarked hypoechoic zone - post traumatic change in the left quadrant below glana penis. Oral therapy: propolis 300 mg daily, blueberry extract capsule. Topical Castor Oil
