Not sure why I was prescribed Tadalafil (5mg)

I told my urologist that I am not currently sexually active and my main concerns are size and shape restoration. Does Tadalafil benefit those things in some way?

Tadalafil helps with bloodflow to the penis and reduces inflamation.

By taking Tadalafil it should help stop your peyronies from getting worse.

Tadalafil was saving me. It helped with ED and I feel that by improving my NTEs it helps with slight restoration of my shape (even in chronic phase).

On some mornings I wake up with a good morning erection and my penis feels very warm. In these situations my deformity is less pronounced.

I am actually a bit angry on me that I did not insist on getting daily Tadalafil prescribed during active phase of my disease.

I have taken 5mg daily for many years for BPH. When I had a sex injury in May 2023 the acute phase was extremely fluid and changing weekly.  Did not settle down for a year.  Good thing is I developed no calcification, just plaque. I was also taking 300mg of COQ10. Have no clue if it is just me or those helped.

I also had a PAE in December 2023 since my prostate grew to 200cc and I had to pee about every 15 to 30 minutes.  Had done that for years until I heard about PAE. The result was fantastic and feel like a human....well, if Peyronies will subside.
