So im relatively new to the disease, but i just gotta know if there is someone who has similar problems or if this is 'normal' for the acute phase.

Anytime i get an erection or better, anytime im just aroused, my penile pain multiplies by 50, for days, or even weeks, its mostly bad at night or when i rest. When im busy, its often better. The whole penis feels inflamed. Its also warm when the symptoms are at worst. But here is the thing. Since i got this, i get priapism at night, nighttime erections that wake me up all the time. But for some reason, they dont hurt. Is this a nerve issue? The condition started after an injury, with heavy burning pain in the perineum. I injured myself again two months ago, and now its only in the Penis, but way worse then before. Urologist has no clue. Ill try another one soon, but has anyone ever noticed these symptoms? Since it have small fiber neuropathy, the pain intensity is similar, that pain also mostly comes at night before sleeping and also has a burning character to it.

Also, my penis looks....scary. Over the last two months, the penis and the testicles got very dark. They literally look like they are dead. Probably because of missing blood flow.

hi,

i'm sorry about your situation, it is distressing when no diagnosis is given

i do have similar symptoms, the burning feeling that lingers for days after erections. have not been given a clear diagnosis, aside from either earlier peyronnies or microscopic trauma healing
is the pain localized on both sides or just one?

The discoloration on your genitalia has nothing to do with peyronies. Have you brought this up with the doctor you saw? That is not good.

It switches all the time. First it was just left, then right, then the whole penis, plus the sides and the perineum. Definitely a pudendal nerve problem involved

Yes, but he didnt say much about it. The pain comes and goes, randomly. Probably multiple injuries all the time. I also developed a bruise at the shaft, way darker color then the rest of the penis. Like a ring

Makedonec

I had the same symptoms. Went to 4 Uros. The last one, a professor, Dr on university clinics told me that I have a chronic prostatitis along with the penile fibrosis. The fibrosis plaque is near the glans penis and nerve bundle, plaque presses the nerves and causes prostatitis inflamation that causes me penile burning sensations and accompanying chronical urethritis.
Diagnosed with penile fibrosis in March 2025. Echo results: relatively clear demarked hypoechoic zone - post traumatic change in the left quadrant below glana penis. Oral therapy: propolis 300 mg daily, blueberry extract capsule. Topical Castor Oil
