Watermoccasin

70 years old, active sex life, good physical condition- hike, bike, yard work, water ski.
Last Feb I noticed and upward tilt to the last couple of inches that got progressively worse before settling in at about 40 degrees. No lateral deviation when erect, I tuck left so it flops there when flaccid.

My wife doesn't seem bothered by this but it weirds me out looking down... seem alien to me

Since it's only a minor disturbance to what's otherwise a great sex life I go back and forth contemplating taking action.

My urologist seems uninterested in this, all he said was it's not a minor surgery with no mention of injections or other treatment
70 years old
Married
30-40 degree upward curve, nothing laterally
Symptom onset Feb 2024
Peyronies Disease isn't interfering with sex but makes some positions more difficult or impossible
Sex is great otherwise
No ED

Welcome to the forum Watermoccasin and thank you for filling out your signature line. Please feel free to download our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This will give you a better understanding regarding peyronies and how it is treated and affects each man differently.

The question is are you happy with where you are in life with this problem with your penis? If you are then continue on with your life as it is. It sounds like you have adopted a healthy lifestyle for a man of 70. If not then read on....

Peyronies affects each man differently and the first line of business is with a correct diagnosis from a competent knowledgeable understanding urologist. These can be difficult to find. You need to have an erect ultrasound for the possibility of finding any plaques or internal scarring. This will also give you a picture of blood flow.

Then there comes the question of treatments. Usually a form of traction is used with either the Restorex device and the PenimasterPro. Each one functions differently. Then there is VED treatment which stretches and expands things internally. Both things have been studied and proven successful to some degree.

Also taking a form of slidenafil helps with erections and reducing inflammation internally.

It is up to you if you want to pursue this or not. Are you in pain? How is your mental attitude towards all of this? I do highly suggest that you continue to educate yourself and read the forum. This forum has over 20,000 memebrs with their personal experiences all documented here. Study and learn. Just be encouraged as you are among friends. :)
