I'm settled on getting an implant, it's the only way I'll ever have sex again without being vulnerable to serious injury or in pain.

Please anyone who can help me along the road to choosing a surgeon, contribute. I've priced implant with potentially grafting/relaxing incisions of some kind in the US to almost 30'000. To be honest I'd part with it in a second to be able to connect with another human being like I used.

Being in Ireland I'm looking for suggestions in Europe again, please if you know anyone specialised to the level of US surgeons in the guide let me know. I'm not ruling out travelling to the US at all but my god the bill is intense.

Go on to FT and perform a search or even ask about doctors in Europe.  Also you should be able to go on both EDcure which is AMS and go to coloplast site, they both list centers of excellence. Also Rigicon may have something as well but they are new.  I saw guys went to Turkey and had great results with great prices.

My line of thinking was I didnt want someone inexperienced doing my operation so I flew to the US for the operation, so many experienced surgeons to choose from, plane tickets are not that expensive, my implant cost was way below 30k usd, I only stayed in Houston for 4 nights, back on a plane home 2 days after the operation

I'd recommend looking into reputable clinics in countries like Belgium or Germany, where they have advanced medical facilities and experienced specialists

Have you read the success stories from the UK patients in here? There are some options near you in England. Mike Fraser and David Ralph. Mixed reviews on both, but right around your alley.
