Best combo ever tadalafil+Pentoxifylline ( pls all join and share experience)

I have readed that so many people here on Tadalafil (cialis) mixed with pentoxifylline (trental) have noticed long erection and they have frequent erections.and regain night erection while sleep and morning erection after wake up.. some even reach level that they fear of getting priapism.....the
long erection and more frequent and especially the night time erection while sleeping and morning erection after waking up is they key to maintain erection for endless years...please every one join here and type thier experience so the new comers and every one can benefit from this powerful combo

Yes it a good combo

If you are able to get pentoxifylline, which I can't. Despite all my problems.

I have tried both of those meds at different times and I found pentox quite good for ED (and especially nocturnal erections) but I had to stop it because of some unbearable side effects like orthostatic-hypotension and uncontrollable bleeding.

Tadalafil didn't helped me at all and gave me low blood pressure, but L-Citrulline helped me with ED without causing much problem.

I'm not saying that any of the above mentioned drugs are bad or that you would face any of those side effects which I faced... Just wanted to share my experience with them.

Talk to a knowledgeable doctor and never exceed the dose recommended by them (remember, more is not always better when it comes to meds) and always inform your doctor about any side effects that you might face.

Some guys swear by Pentox, as OP, but the more I have read about it the less I like its side effect profile. I would have enough to worry about with Tadalafil alone, let alone more hypotension and potential bleeding.

I read somewhere too that even Dr Trost is not generally writing Pentox anymore. So I guess I see it as one of those things to take when the first or second line hasn't worked.

When I first came to this forum I was desperate to take Pentox as it seemed like the miracle cure. Now thanks to OGs here I know probably more sensible to go with Tadalafil and Traction...

You mean pentox by pills? Dou you have collateral effect? With tadalfil I have headache, do you know if is better with cialis?

Yeah, I've tried it—decent effect, I won't lie. But honestly, Cialis (Tadalafil) alone does the job for me just fine. I get solid, long-lasting results without needing to add anything else.

If you're struggling with weak nighttime/morning wood, maybe it's worth experimenting with Pentoxifylline, but I'd say be careful—too much of a good thing can backfire. Priapism isn't fun. Always better to start slow and see how your body reacts.

My opinion is, that everyone should take tadalafil and pentoxyfilline if no contraindications. Both work exactly towards inhibiting the pathological mechanisms of the disease, it doesn't matter at all if active inflammatory or chronic as in stable (doesn't mean that inflammation can't come back, many people mistakenly think chronic equals stable forever). And the convenient side effect, for which I'm not even taking those 2, are the erections. I don't have night erections anymore without Tadalafil and I'm 29. But saying this again, I take them for antifibrotic effects.
